This policy explains what information InnerWild collects when you browse our site, book an expedition, or join The Campfire, and how we use and protect it.

Who we are

InnerWild is an adventure travel company run by Ashraf, Valeria, and Lola. For any privacy question, or to access or delete your data, write to info@innerwildadventure.com.

What we collect

  • Booking details you provide: name, email, phone, country, emergency contact, and trip preferences (experience, fitness, dietary needs, notes).
  • Account details if you create an InnerWild passport: email and the name and home country on your profile.
  • Newsletter signups: the email address you give to join The Campfire.
  • Basic technical data your browser sends (e.g. device and general location) used to keep the site working and secure.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled directly by our payment provider (SkipCash); your card information goes to them, not to us.

How we use your information

  • To process your booking and payment, and to send confirmations and trip information.
  • To contact you about your booking, including any remaining balance.
  • To send The Campfire newsletter, if you have signed up (you can unsubscribe anytime).
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our site, strictly to deliver what you have asked for:

  • Supabase — secure database and accounts.
  • SkipCash — payment processing.
  • Resend — sending booking and newsletter emails.
  • Vercel — website hosting.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies and similar storage. See our Cookie Policy for details. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Keeping your data

We keep booking records for as long as needed to run our business and meet legal and accounting obligations, then remove or anonymise them. You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time by emailing info@innerwildadventure.com.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time. Just get in touch.
