These terms apply when you use the InnerWild website or book an expedition with us. By booking, you agree to them.

Bookings and payment

When you book, you can pay in full or reserve your place with a deposit. If you pay a deposit, the remaining balance is due before the trip, and we will send you a secure link to settle it. Payments are processed by SkipCash. A place is confirmed once payment is received.

Prices

Prices are shown per person and charged in Qatari Riyal (QAR). Other currencies shown on the site are an approximate guide only; the amount you pay is the QAR amount at checkout.

Cancellations and refunds

  • Cancel 25 or more days before departure: full refund.
  • Cancel less than 25 days before departure: non-refundable.
  • If InnerWild cancels a departure: full refund, or a credit toward a future trip — your choice.

To cancel, email info@innerwildadventure.com as early as you can. Trip prices exclude international flights, visa fees, and travel insurance.

Adventure travel and your responsibility

  • Our trips take place in nature and involve physical activity and inherent risks. You take part at your own risk.
  • You are responsible for being honest about your health and fitness, and for following your hosts' guidance on the trip.
  • We strongly recommend suitable travel and medical insurance for every traveler.
  • You are responsible for your own valid travel documents, visas, and vaccinations.

Your account and passport

If you create an InnerWild passport, keep your login details secure. Stamps are awarded by us after a trip is completed and are a keepsake, not a transferable credit or currency.

Our content

The photography, writing, and design on this site belong to InnerWild. Please don’t reuse them without our permission.

Liability

We take great care in running our trips, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss or injury arising from risks inherent in adventure travel or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
